Block of Hours
For clients with a more regular requirement for support or who have a degree of IT skills in-house and would like the benefit of professional support, a block of hours works well.
A minimum block of 10 hours is purchased and can be used as required with time deducted from the block in 15 minute slices.
If you have a server, we would strongly recommend the use of our monitoring and proactive maintenance service which can either be paid for separately or deducted from the block of hours.
